After travelling and playing around Europe, Namaste (Miggy Alvarez, Chris Francombe, Dan Gray and Sam Marlow) stumbled upon the happy city of Vienna – and knew that their pilgrimage had come to an end. This would be the place where they would record their album! So they set about work at Vienna’s ‘What’s That Noize’ studio, and with the help of the lovely gents at crater8records, created ‘Outside Is Endless’ From it’s explosive start, right through the more fragile moments and all the subtleties in-between; ‘Outside Is Endless’ takes the audience on a journey and offers a wide range of styles and emotions, all fused together with the distinctive Namaste essence which is present throughout. The intelligently crafted music; the different parts work in subtle and immense brilliance together, mix with the melodic and passionate vocal lines, which ‘partly remind of Robert whether they are hearing it for the first or one hundredth time. Plant and Jim Morrison’ (ecorder.at), and combine to bring something new to the listener “Muse, Incubus, Tool, a new musical feeling arises.” (Slam) Namaste draw influence from many but also older stuff such as Led Zeppelin say hello, but with the headstrong mixture of styles diverse places, but the end product is always 100% Namaste. “Without a doubt, ‘Outside Is Endless’ is one of the most stunning debut albums of the year,” (Szene1).
